SLM can also provide competitive Buildings and Contents Insurance for furnished and unfurnished properties.

SLM is a corporate member of the Association of Residential Letting Agents (ARLA) and of the Tenancy Deposit Scheme for Regulated Agents (TDSRA). As from 6th April all tenancy deposits taken for an Assured Shorthold Tenancy must be protected by law under a government approved scheme such as the TDSRA.
